The MSI Wind U135 is now available for pre-order from Amazon directly. Amazon has changed "Ships from and sold by Buy.com" into: "This item has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it arrives. Ships from and sold by Amazon.com". 

And the best news is that it's only $309.99 for most models; but for this price you'll get a 3-cell/3 hour battery. For $329.99 you'll get a 6-cell/7.5 hour battery.
